Richard L. Liston, M.D.
Dr. Richard Liston completed his undergraduate degree at Grace College in Indiana. He earned his medical degree from the University Of Utah School Of Medicine where he received the Florence M. Strong award for Compassionate Patient Care. Dr. Liston completed his internship at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan and his residency at the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan where he served as Chief Resident. He completed a fellowship at the University of Michigan where he studied pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus.
A gifted teacher and lecturer, Dr. Liston has received an award for his teaching and currently instructs ophthalmology residents from the Ohio State University School of Medicine. Dr. Liston is affiliated with several area hospitals including the Children's Medical Center of Dayton, Kettering Medical Center and the Dayton VA hospital.
Dr. Liston specializes in General and Pediatric Ophthalmology, Adult Strabismus and Cataract Surgery.
Paul D. Moyer, M.D.
Dr. Paul Moyer completed his undergraduate degree at Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati. He completed a fellowship and advanced training in cataract surgery at the Cincinnati Eye Institute.
Dr. Moyer is affiliated with the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Moyer has contributed to research in the fields of wound healing after eye surgery. He has published works in Cataract Surgery in Complicated Cases, Differentiation, and the American Journal of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Moyer specializes in General Ophthalmology, Cataract Surgery and Advanced Intraocular Lens Implantation.
Ramesh K. Singla, M.D.
Dr. Ramesh Singla obtained his medical degree at the Government Medical School in Patiala, India. He completed his internship at Rajindra Hospital in Patiala, India and his residency at PGI in Chandigarh, India. Prior to coming to the United States, Dr. Singla practiced medicine in the U.K. for 5 years. His U.S. training includes surgical residency at Prince George’s General Hospital in Cheverly, Maryland and a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship at New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He was certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1981.
His memberships include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Ohio State Medical Association, and the Montgomery County Medical Society.
