The eye is one of the most complex parts of the body. The diagnosis and treatment of eye disease requires thorough examination. Expect to spend two hours for your first visit or if you have been referred for a specialty exam. We suggest you bring sunglasses because your pupils may be dilated.

Many health insurance plans require authorization prior to seeing a specialist. Please check with your plan to avoid any inconvenience.
We are happy to file your insurance claim for you if we are provided with the appropriate insurance card, workers comp claim number or Medicaid card and any required referrals upon your arrival. Co-payments are expected at time of service. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment is expected at the time of service for self-pay patients.
